Psychoanalytic Interdisciplinary Initiative

This month Hal Steiger, PhD, LP will present on the topic of the Analyst as clinician and writer, explored through the work of Antonino Ferro, MD, Psychoanalyst. We will consider his verbatim notes from sessions with his patient Lisa and how the process of psychoanalysis is conveyed as a literary achievement. 

Hal Steiger, PhD, LP is a Training and Supervisingnalyst at the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society. He is currently Director of the Minnesota PsychoanalyticInstitute and Past President of the Society for Psychoanalytic Studies and the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and he also serves as the Executive Director of the MPSI Psychotherapy Center which offers low fee psychodynamic psychotherapy to those who cannot afford this level of  help. Dr. Steiger is in private practice with an office in Uptown.
