Education, resources and professional membership
The Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (MPSI) is a training community and professional organization that provides resources, education and support to the psychoanalytic community and the public.
In response to the Covid-19 restrictions, the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute is offering programs and events via HIPAA compliant Zoom technology. All classes are being conducted remotely, and will continue to be available online as long as the circumstances in our community require this provision. We are still operating our 2 year psychotherapy training program and our 4 year analytic training program. For more information on this please email email@example.com. Or, click here for more information about the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Institute (MPI) or the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program (PPTP).
The MPSI Psychotherapy Center was founded in 2009 by a group of mental health clinicians and community leaders with a vision to make psychoanalytic psychotherapy more accessible and affordable for underserved populations. Conveniently located in the Uptown area of Minneapolis, the Center is accessible by car and public transportation. The Psychotherapy Center offers an alternative to other community psychological services because of its freedom from the constraints of insurance requirements and its commitment to providing intensive services that bring long-term results.
